Who we are
DAX Studio is the trading name of QualiT Web Design Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15542605, Unit 4, Boomerang Parc, Cardiff CF24 5EW. You can reach us any time at hello@daxstudio.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, for example an enquiry, a quote request, a free scan or a quiz, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, business details and your answers. We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited, and where advertising analytics are enabled, campaign parameters that tell us which ad brought you here.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare the quote, report or review you asked for, and provide our services. We contact you about your enquiry because you asked us to, and we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship system and email. The services that process data on our behalf include Supabase (database), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (website hosting) and, where enabled, Google Analytics. We keep your information for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry or our work together, and then remove it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@daxstudio.co.uk and we will act on it promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
