An ongoing partnership with a women’s wellbeing CIC: we manage the site and steer the strategy, so a small, mission-led organisation can stay focused on the women it helps and still grow.

Well Women CIC is a community interest company in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, founded by Genine Neale. It supports women recovering from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and domestic abuse through a blend of movement, mindset work and holistic healing, all delivered in a trauma-informed, compassionate way. They run in-person sessions at their space on Palmerston Road and online programmes, alongside classes, events, an online wellness programme and a community called She Ascends Collective.
A small, mission-led organisation like this needs to grow to reach more women, but the founder’s time is best spent supporting people, not wrestling with a website or second-guessing the business model. They needed a partner to keep the site working and to help shape how the offering scales.
We manage their existing site on an ongoing basis, keeping it current, calm and working, so the team never has to think about it.
Strategic direction on how to structure the offering for growth, across online programmes, memberships and events, so the model can grow without losing its heart.
A consultancy-style relationship focused on steady, sustainable growth rather than a quick win.
A clean, calming presence, earthy greens, soft tones and professional photography, structured around who they serve, what they believe and how they help, with a clear path to book.
Well Women CIC has a partner, not just a website. The site stays looked after and the founder gets clear strategic direction on how to grow, so the organisation can keep its focus on the women it helps while building toward a more sustainable, scalable future of online programmes, memberships and a growing community.
